By creating an UpliftPal account or using any UpliftPal service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

UpliftPal is an AI-powered companion that provides informational content related to personal finance and health. UpliftPal is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial or Medical Advice

UpliftPal does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, medical advice, or health diagnoses. Content generated by UpliftPal — including market snapshots, watchlists, nutrition analysis, fitness plans, and body projections — is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial or health decisions. UpliftPal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or healthcare provider. At this time, UpliftPal does not execute trades, route orders, custody customer assets, or provide brokerage services. If brokerage or execution features are introduced in the future, they will be subject to additional terms, disclosures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use UpliftPal. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. UpliftPal is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer AI models, scraping content for redistribution, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or impersonating others.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

UpliftPal offers free and premium tiers. Premium access is billed as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the current billing period ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and AI-generated output on UpliftPal are owned by or licensed to UpliftPal. You may use AI-generated content for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display UpliftPal content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

UpliftPal is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. In no event shall UpliftPal be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial losses from acting on information provided by the platform.

10. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time from Settings. You may reactivate within 30 days. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. UpliftPal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
